We are a Midlands based company specialising in UK residential property investment, development and financing.
Our business was founded in 2001 so we have been operating for nearly
ten years.
We not only invest in and develop property ourselves but are also independent mortgage and insurance advisers.
We offer and can introduce a range of property and financial services for homeowners, first time buyers, renters, investors and developers.
We also offer consultancy services for prospective and established property investors and can introduce you to an array of wealth management services.
We focus our property investments and developments in the Midlands area but can deal with mortgage, finance, insurance and wealth management services all over the UK.
