Residential Mortgage and Finance Products
In certain circumstances, depending on the nature and complexity of the
case, a fee may be charged by Our Advisers. Any such fees will be advised
to you and your written agreement sought before you proceed.
Any such fee will be limited to either: - a flat fee of up to £500 or a fee on completion of the transaction of up to 1% of the loan secured, or £3,000, whichever is the lower.
Commercial Mortgage and Finance Products
Fees for buy to let/commercial products vary considerable but are typically 1% of the loan arranged; you will be advised of these before proceeding.
Insurance
We do not charge a fee for Non Investment Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Home Insurance.

Wealth Management
We may introduce you to third party companies who may charge you a fee for their services. They will inform you of their fees in accordance with the appropriate regulatory policies.
Property Investment Consultancy
We offer a range of chargeable property investment consultancy services; please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Renting, Buying and Selling
The fees for these services are dependent upon the service provided and
the complexity of each case. You will be advsied of the approriate fees
before proceeding.
Keys (UK) Limited may also receive a fee for introducing you as a client for these and other services.
We will only ever introduce you to a third party with your express permission to do so.
