Secured Loans and Bridging Finance

If you have a requirement for additional borrowing but don't want to remortgage then you might be considering a secured loan and we can help.

If you're a property investor and have equity in your property or portfolio then a secured loan might be the best way to raise additional finance rather than looking to refinance in a tough marketplace. This is especially attractive if your current mortgage is on a low base rate tracker.
