If you're low on a deposit then contact us about shared equity; available anywhere in England & Wales on most homes (usually up to £250,000; other criterai may apply). You do not need to be a key worker and this is not social or council housing - you pick the property! You could even buy your current home assuming your landlord agrees - why not ask them?

 

 

 

Are you insured?

We can now arrange income protection insurance for tenants. Could you afford your rent if you were sick, made redundant or had an accident? You could cover all or part of your rent from less than £10 a month (subject to personal circumstances and rental amount.)
